We have experience in most forms of Construction Contract including in depth knowledge of NEC 3 Contracts particularly when used on infrastructure projects, whether a Client, Contractor or Sub Contractor we are able to give guidance and advice to ensure successful implementation of the Contract.

We understand that cost management is key to successful management of any project. MJJT Consulting have significant experience in cost management of complex infrastructure programmes ensuring budgets are correctly managed and monitored throughout the life of the programme. This skill can be equally applied to Cost Reimbursement or Target Cost projects to ensure management are aware of the forecast outcomes.
